Baseball players and employee fans at the P&G Factory here pitched in and built their own field and grandstand in the early part of the century. Over a 33-year span when Procter & Gamble Factory baseball teams were sweeping to title after title--a total of 20--in Kansas City industrial league play, employees at the factory were loyal fans. First, they followed the teams in horse-drawn wagons, next in chartered streetcars, and finally in motorized vehicles.
